COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horner Electric ETN2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Howden-Buffalo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hydac-Pressure-Transmitter product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Howden-Buffalo such as the 79SA1565 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISAMXMA20020300T2AQB manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HDA by Manufacturer Hydac-Pressure-Transmitter as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Iai Brand ISMXM20100900N2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hubbard-Cnc such as Wire equipment made by Hubbard-Cnc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hubbard-Cnc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hubbard-Cnc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CABL0205 made by Hypertherm as well as the popular RCP3SA6C1423100P1S original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ISMXM5100 by Ia and Wire spares by Hubbard-Cnc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM72B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hyde-Park. |
